Welcome to Kibble Performs
Kibble is Scotland’s national specialist provider of services for high-risk and high-dependency young people. Working in partnership with local and Scottish Government, these services have been designed and developed to ensure that we are ‘Getting it right for every child’, including those posing significant challenges to mainstream services.
As a long-established public benefit charity, Kibble is committed to continuing to provide services that are transparent, efficient and effective. To strengthen this process, we have aligned the organisation around the five strategic objectives in the Scottish Government’s 'Scotland Performs' model.
These five strategic objectives - Safer and Stronger, Smarter, Healthier, Greener, Wealthier and Fairer - clearly demonstrate our aspirational vision for the impact of Kibble’s services. Crucially, these objectives underpin Kibble's mission to provide a better future for all our stakeholders.
Five long-term goals clarify the outcomes we wish to achieve:
